Adelphi University in New York City is medium sized college. This is a private college. The size of the college is from 2000-50000 undergraduates. The average tuition is $23,000 a year. On-campus housing is available. Andrews University is another college, which is located in Berrien Springs, Michigan. This is a private college and there are under 2000 undergraduates. The tuition is roughly $19,000. On-campus housing is available.


Alabama A & M University is a large public university with 5,000 to 10,000 undergraduates. It is located in Normal, Alabama. The average tuition is $7,500 a year. On-campus housing is available. Barry University in Miami, Florida also has Master’s Degrees in social work. This college is a large Catholic institution with about 5-10,000 undergraduates. This is a private school and it is about $25,000 a year. On-campus housing is available.

Social work is a field of science which is connected with practical implementation of definite social issues. It includes a wide range of knowledge about the human society; functioning of social institutes and separate individuals each of them being an integral part of the society.
